I came to Helen at a point in my life where I had realised through counselling that I had been gaslighted pretty much most of my life. I was living with significant trauma from my past; I was overwhelmed, low in energy and found decision making extremely difficulty. I had no coping mechanisms other than comfort eating.

Basically, I was a mess.

 

I tried self-help courses, but nothing was helping me resolve my issues.

 

Helen helped me release and understand the trauma I was holding in for so long. She helped me develop perspective and strategies to cope. I was finally in a place where I could make sense of my life.
