Bookings and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to services provided by ResolvedRM Ltd, trading as Helen Ward Therapy.

ResolvedRM Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 14642908) with its registered office at:
71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, England.

Throughout this policy, references to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to ResolvedRM Ltd.

Communication and Privacy

By booking an appointment, you consent to receiving service-related communications from ResolvedRM Ltd (trading as Helen Ward Therapy), including:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Reminders
  • Joining instructions (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet)
  • Cancellation notifications​
 
These messages will be sent to the email address you provide. Please ensure that you are not using a shared email address where confidentiality may be compromised. Please note that the automatic booking confirmation you receive is provisional. Final confirmation is provided manually, as I’m unable to override the system without disabling online payment.

We are committed to safeguarding your information and maintaining your privacy at every stage of your journey with us. All communications are managed in line with our Privacy Policy.

Free 60-Minute Initial Consultation
​
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes prevent you from attending a consultation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible so that the appointment can be offered to another client.
If three consecutive free consultation appointments are cancelled or not attended, ResolvedRM Ltd reserves the right to pause further complimentary consultation bookings for a period of three months from the date of the final missed session.
This policy helps us manage availability and ensure that consultations remain accessible to those who are ready to engage with the process.
 
Single 60-Minute and 90-Minute Sessions
 
We are happy to accommodate changes to booked sessions without charge if more than 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Due to the nature of therapy work and limited appointment availability, cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be refunded.

Providing notice helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures that sessions remain available to other clients.

Acceptance of Policy
By booking a session with Helen Ward Therapy, you acknowledge that services are provided by ResolvedRM Ltd, that you have read this Bookings and Cancellation Policy, and that you agree to abide by its terms.
