About My Work

The Heart of My Practice

 

My work is grounded in the belief that therapy is not something done to you,  it’s something we do together.

When it comes to Anxiety, Misophonia and Misokinaesia it even becomes personal.

 

I don’t see myself as the expert on your life. You are the expert on your experience, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for the ways you’ve learned to survive.


I work collaboratively, tailoring therapy to your unique needs rather than fitting you into a model or method.

 

I draw on evidence‑based approaches, but the foundation of our work is always the relationship we build, one that is safe, steady, and free from judgement.

 

What Our Work Makes Possible

Therapy can help you:


•     understand patterns that once felt confusing


•     make sense of emotional experiences held in the body


•     process what has been overwhelming or unfinished


•     reconnect with parts of yourself that feel lost or hidden


•     develop new ways of relating to yourself and others


•     move through life with more clarity, steadiness, and choice

 

My aim is not to “fix” you — because you are not broken.

My aim is to help you understand yourself more deeply and gently process the experiences your body

and nervous system have been holding, so you can live in a way that feels more grounded, meaningful, and aligned

with who you truly are.
