Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking your free 60-minute initial consultation session with us! We're looking forward to connecting and getting to know more about how we can help. We appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can mean that you can’t attend. If you are unable to make your session, please practice consideration and courtesy by letting us know with as much notice as possible, so we can make your appointment available to someone who may need it. We know you have good intentions, and we trust that this will reflect your consideration for others. Please note, if you cancel more than three consecutive 60-minute free appointments, any subsequent appointments will be automatically cancelled, and rebooking will not be accepted within three months of your final missed booking. This policy is in place because frequent cancellations can be a sign that a client is not yet available or able to commit to the work.
