Cancellation Policy

Please note that the automatic booking confirmation is provisional. Final confirmation is provided manually, as automating a manual booking requires me to disable online payment. I will then personally confirm your appointment, taking a moment to warmly welcome you and thank you for your booking. Also, just a quick note about cancellations and rescheduling: If you need to make any changes, we’re happy to accommodate them free of charge as long as it's more than 24 hours before your session. However, due to the nature of our client work, we are unlikely to be able to fill appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours. With this in mind, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your booked appointment.
